I think approaching it from curiosity and not fear. Something new can sometimes be intimidating, but making sure to check in with yourself and be positive through out the journey will help you get stronger and accomplish more than you thought you could.

My drive is all the fans and little girls that come up to me after I race. I usually love to give my second place trophies to little girls and seeing their face light up when I give it to them makes me drive harder so I can give the a first place one.

Don’t worry about the weight on the bar or the scale of the movement, certain movements and weights take time. The one thing you can always do is push yourself, whether that means doing one pull-up or fifty. NO ONE starts out as a Games level athlete, do it to better yourself!
