How To Use

Pre-workout

  1. Remove the cap from the repel stick
  2. Rotate the bottom of the stick to expose the muscle balm
  3. Apply liberally to active muscle groups prior to workout 
  4. Replace cap on repel stick
  5. PRO TIP: Apply right as you get to the gym. The muscle balm coupled with a good warmup will help to ensure that you perform at your peak.

Post-workout 

  1. Remove the cap from the repel stick
  2. Rotate the bottom of the stick to expose the muscle balm
  3. Apply liberally to muscle groups used after during your workout
  4. Replace cap on repel stick
  5. PRO TIP: Apply regularly after your workout and throughout the day to fully optimize your muscle recovery.
