How To Use
Pre-workout
- Remove the cap from the repel stick
- Rotate the bottom of the stick to expose the muscle balm
- Apply liberally to active muscle groups prior to workoutÂ
- Replace cap on repel stick
- PRO TIP: Apply right as you get to the gym. The muscle balm coupled with a good warmup will help to ensure that you perform at your peak.
Post-workoutÂ
- Remove the cap from the repel stick
- Rotate the bottom of the stick to expose the muscle balm
- Apply liberally to muscle groups used after during your workout
- Replace cap on repel stick
- PRO TIP:Â Apply regularly after your workout and throughout the day to fully optimize your muscle recovery.Â
